How does ISGLOVESTM work?
ISGLOVESTM, which is patent pending (S/N: 61/539,479), allows users to use their touch screens while keeping their hand really warm. The inner gloves of ISGLOVESTM is encapsulated in a mitten cap which offers enhanced protection from extreme cold temperatures as the warmth is retained between the fingers for a more effective insulation.
Currently most touchscreen devices are capacitative. Normally, when one places his/her finger on the screen, the state which the device is working on changes. Capacitative touch screens use a layer of capacitative material to hold the electrical charge and contact with the screen changes the amount of charge at that point of contact. The nanotechnological polyester yarns which is conductive changes the amount of charge upon contact with the touchscreen and hence acts like one's finger on the touchscreen device.
The cap of the outer mitten can be removed easily by flipping over either at the four fingers or at the thumb. Once the cap is open, one will be able to use one's touchscreen device. After using the device, do close the cap back for extra warmth and comfort. This will help to protect your conductive inner glove allowing the glove to be much more durable.
