By shopping at www.fiett.com, you have agreed to accept the following Terms and Conditions.
Sales and Purchase
We will sell and you will purchase products subject to our terms and conditions of business set out below. The contract in respect to the products supplied from us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us in accordance with these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Please ensure you submit to us your correct email address on ordering. We will use this to inform you of your dispatch. Once the payment has been accepted, the order cannot be amended.
Prices
All prices quoted are in EUR, SEK or USD and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. All products are exclusive of delivery and packaging, unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges are set out in the delivery section of this website.
Prices are correct at the time of order, and relate to Internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply an individual or other organisation.
Every effort has been made to provide accurate representations of the goods through images and descriptions. There may however be small variations in colour and design when items are viewed online as compared to the physical goods. By using this site, you are deemed to have accepted this. Please do contact us if you require further help with the colours represented.
Payment
Payment must be made in Swedish krona, Euro or USD only by Paypal, major credit or debit cards or only Paypal as listed on the site.
Passing of property
The goods are passed to the customer after full payment has been made by the customer, received by us, and the goods delivered.
Passing of risk
The risk in the products will pass to the customer on delivery. The risk in this context is taken to mean any damage or cost arising as a result of the purchased product(s) to either the purchaser, the purchaser's property or to any other third party property.
Delivery
We normally dispatch the goods within 2 days. If the customer is staying in Sweden, the customer is expected to receive the goods in 2-4 working days. If the customer is receiving the goods in other parts of Europe, the customer is expected to receive the goods in 3-5 working days, and if the customer is outside of Europe, the customer is expected to receive the goods in 3- 7 working days. Any date or time period for delivery will be considered as indicative only and does not form any part of a guarantee. The customer will be informed of any products not available at the time of their order and will be sent to the customer, as soon as possible, when received from our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for losses or inconveniences caused as a result of delays in deliveries by us.
Deliveries outside of Sweden
All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt unless instructions are given by the customer to the contrary at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to deliver only to the address of the person who is the holder of the credit or debit card used to purchase the products.
If instructions are given to leave goods without a signature then delivery is deemed to have taken place at the point the instructions are carried out by our couriers.
Our courier's records of any delivery, whether signed for or not, are considered definitive. On delivery of the goods the purchaser of the goods becomes responsible for any losses or damages arising as a result of their use, however they may arise.
Acceptance
The customer should inspect any products. The customer will be deemed to have accepted the products unless we are contacted within 14 days. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any rejection of cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
Refund and Exchange Policy
If products are to be returned or order is to be cancelled, the customer should comply with the refund and exchange policy. In such circumstances, we will accept any returned products should the return be complete and with a valid proof of purchase, and in the case of an order which you wish to cancel the return should be in a re-saleable condition. All tags and original packaging must be returned to us.
You can contact us at info@fiett.com for any refunds or exchange with details of your original order id and invoice no. You should return your purchase to us using the address below.
Return Address
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price less the price paid for shipping. Faulty or damaged products must be returned before the refund can be issued. Refunds are given within 21 days on receipt of the returned order.
When the item arrives back at our office it will be assessed, and should it be concluded that the products are faulty or that there was a discrepancy in the order, the return delivery charge will be credited back to you on proof of postage receipt and to a maximum of 50 SEK, 6 EUR, 5 USD.
Should you wish to exchange your ISGLOVE, please return your order stating clearly your preference and we will contact you.
General
If any parts of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void or un-enforceable, then that part(s) will be considered severable from these terms and conditions thereby not preventing the remainder from being enforceable or effective.
These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority.
Intellectual Property
All the material contained in this website - the website design, text and graphics and their selection and arrangement and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including applets) belongs to us, our licensors or the providers of such information. All rights are reserved by FIETT PTE LTD. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the website without written permission from us.
Privacy
FIETT uses the latest credit card security and encryption protocols for online payments through Paypal. Our staff will not be able to see your credit card details. Card details are not saved. We take your privacy very seriously. Any personal information you give us will not be made available outside www.fiett.com.
When you proceed to the credit card details page, you will enter the secure shopping area. If you want to verify the security of your connection, look at the lower right-hand corner of your browser window. If you see a padlock or an unbroken key (depending on which browser you are using), then SSL is active. In addition, you can look at the address bar of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from 'http' to 'https'. This security is active only in the checkout area.
Delivery Information
We offer FREE DELIVERY to ALL ORDERS within Sweden. Goods outside of Sweden are dispatched on receipt of payment and the parcel is fully trackable. A signature is required upon receipt. Dispatches to Europe will be done from Sweden while dispatches to the rest of the world will be done from Singapore.
